Paper Submission for the Proceedings

Full papers will be reviewed for inclusion in the conference proceedings which will be published as a special addition of the Elsevier Journal Nuclear and Instruments in Methods in Physics Research Section B: Beam Interactions with Materials and Atoms.

The web site for paper submission will open on the 1st of July and will have a hard deadline of the 30th July after which we will no longer collect new papers. The normal refereeing standards of Nuclear Instruments and Methods will apply to papers accepted for publication.

Authors can submit their papers on the Elsevier EES system ( https://ees.elsevier.com/nimb_proceedings) by selecting: “VSI: ICNMTA 2018” as the article type.

We are expecting to have all papers refereed and completed by end of November if possible.

Please note only papers that were presented at the conference can be accepted for the proceedings.
